The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated interns to join our growth team:
Business Development Intern
No coffee runs. No busy work. Just practical experience helping a growing AI company scale across Belgium and Europe.
What you do:
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales and growth efforts by identifying opportunities, speaking with prospects, and helping companies understand how Wonka AI can solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation
Research companies, industries, decision-makers, and new market opportunities across Belgium and Europe.
🔹 Prospect Outreach
Support outreach campaigns, write messages, follow up with prospects, and help open new conversations.
🔹 Customer Qualification
Assess prospect needs and understand whether Wonka AI is the right fit for their business challenges.
🔹 Sales Support
Support product demos, prepare sales materials, and help communicate Wonka AI’s value clearly to potential customers.
🔹 CRM and Pipeline Management
Keep track of leads, update CRM information, and help maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline.
🔹 Market Research
Research customer needs, competitors, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Valid work permit for Belgium
- Fluent in Dutch or French (mandatory)
- English is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, AI, startups, or technology
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Curious about customer needs and business challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
